Romance; Drama; Comedy; Action got a new luxurious destination in Kulim as BIG Cinemas Lotus Five Star, launched Kulim’s first Multiplex with six screens at Landmark Central Shopping Centre in Kulim, Kedah.

As part of the launch celebrations, 12,000 complimentary movie tickets were given away for an unforgettable experience in the newly built cinema.

The new BIG Cinemas Lotus Five Star, Kulim now houses 6 contemporary screens with a seating capacity of 1,000 seats and a grand lobby area offering moviegoers the finest customer amenities, superior comfort and dynamic screen presentation, along with a greater choice of films and viewing times.

The launch saw most of BIG Cinemas Lotus Five Star‘s administration and esteemed partners converging in Kulim, Kedah for the launch. The launch was officiated by BIG Cinemas Lotus Five Star’s directors Dato’ Doraisingam Pillai, Mr.Garuna Murthee and Chief Operating Officer Mr.Preetham Rebello.

Cosplayers dressed as Predator & Alien from movie fame “Aliens Vs. Predators” , Gwai Gon Jin from Star Wars “Phantom Menace” and Davey Jones of “Pirates of the Caribbean” were on hand to entertain the guest for photo opportunities, also as light refreshments were served prior to the screening of “ Storm Warriors 2” a street magician entertained the crowd with mind boggling and fun sleight of hand.
